WellCare Health Plans, Inc., and DaVita Dialysis Centers in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi have reached an agreement of a previous announced contract termination. This new contract will be effective Jan. 1, 2017.
It is important to note that this contract will allow WellCare members currently receiving care at a DaVita facility to experience no gap or break in dialysis services. As a provider, you can continue using DaVita Dialysis Centers for your patients’ health care needs and services. Please call us at your earliest convenience if you would like to discuss any continuity of care issues.
