Wellcare is sharing an important reminder that our Provider Partners should continue using toll-free numbers (TFNs) to submit faxes for health plan services.
Providers are encouraged to visit wellcare.com/providers, select your state’s Wellcare link or to logon to the secure provider portal at provider.wellcare.com to confirm the appropriate TFNs to which faxes should be submitted.
For questions regarding the appropriate use of faxes for Medicare services – or to confirm you have the correct TFN for your faxes, please contact your local Wellcare health plan representative.
